Can I Exchange My Items?

At Loommates, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you need to raise a dispute regarding your order, please notify us within 3 days of delivery by writing to us at loommates.official@gmail.com. We assess each dispute on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness to both parties.

Exchange Process

We do not offer refunds, but you can exchange your product under the following conditions:

  • The product is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The product does not match the original specifications or is different from what you ordered.

Please note that if the error is on the customer’s side, such as ordering the wrong product, it will not be eligible for exchange.

After a dispute is raised and verified, the exchange process will be completed within 7 days.

Exceptions & Special Conditions

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges, including but not limited to the following:

  • The exchange request is made outside the specified 3-day time frame.
  • The product has been damaged due to use.
  • The product has been tampered with.
  • Any missing items from the package, including price tags, labels, original packaging, freebies, or accessories.
